Marvelous history!
This is a fascinating story - both an unknown history of cryptanalysis as it played out from WWI through Prohibition, to WWII and beyond. And it's a love story, of two unlikely heroes who worked together in amazing ways. And it's a crazy story of how an obsession with a crackpot theory of Shakespeare's authorship spawned amazing scientific advances in cryptography. Highly recommended!!!!
