Star Wars: Legacy of the Force Sacrifice
by Karen Traviss
Oof. This story doesn't get any happier or lighter, does it. Oh, well - here's hoping it's always darker before the dawn.
I definitely enjoy the Boba Fett & family & Mando'ade thread - very interesting, and lots of creative stuff. The whole dark ark of the family troubles of the Solos and Skywalkers is... awfully murky and sad. Not to say it doesn't have depth - the parallels or similarities with our age, or other historical eras are interesting, and make the series of interest. But.. it certainly isn't a light-hearted good triumphs over evil romp like the original Star Wars movie.
